1. Who is Ubomi for?
Ubomi is built for personal trainers and boutique gyms who want to operate their coaching business inside one structured business operating system. Clients access their programs through the Ubomi mobile experience, but our core users are fitness professionals.
2. How does pricing work?
Ubomi offers two subscription options:
$59 per month, 10% less when paid annually
Monthly plans include a 14 day free trial. Annual plans include a 30 day free trial.
A credit card is required to begin your trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged.
Ubomi applies a flat 2.5% processing fee on marketplace transactions. There are no hidden platform fees or layered software costs
3. How do trainers earn money on Ubomi?
Trainers set their own pricing
They can sell:
1 on 1 coaching
Group programs
Once off programs
Recurring coaching subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.Ubomi retains a 2.5% processing fee. The remainder goes directly to the trainer.
4. How do clients join a trainer?
Clients can purchase public programs through the marketplace or access a trainer’s page directly through their unique URL.
All clients enter through a structured checkout flow to maintain billing integrity and security.
5. Is Ubomi an app?
Ubomi is a connected ecosystem built around a business operating system.
Trainers operate from a desktop platform.
Clients train through a guided mobile experience.
Both are connected inside one secure system designed for professional coaching.
6. What types of programs can be created?
Trainers can build:
1 on 1 personalised programs
Group programs with shared timelines
Once off programs
Recurring coaching subscriptions
Each program can include workouts, nutrition plans and AI assisted planning tools.
This allows trainers to scale from personalised coaching to digital product models inside one system.
7. How secure is Ubomi?
Ubomi is hosted on secure AWS infrastructure.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Communication is encrypted in app.
Wearable and biometric data remains client controlled. Ubomi does not process mobile in app payments.
